“I help women realize there is nothing wrong with them and that they have the power to change what is keeping them stuck and unhappy. It is possible to create a life you love and make it last!”
Hi my name is Linda and I’m a recovering people pleaser.
I used to try and figure out what to do to make people like me. I was afraid they would find out how scared I really was.
I was scared, angry and depressed. Something was missing.
But me first.
I searched for answers in books and programs. Although they had a lot of great advice, I knew I needed something more.
Then I discovered life coaching.
Through my work with a coach, I learned that I am a being, not a doing. I learned that I am inherently worthy of love and belonging just because I am.
Today, I have the confidence to walk into a room full of people I don’t know. I embrace what happens rather than waiting for the other shoe to drop because I know I can handle anything.
My life and who I am in the world is unrecognizable compared to 5 years ago.
I have done the work to transform my life and now, I help other women transform their lives.
