About Linda

“I help women realize there is nothing wrong with them and that they have the power to change what is keeping them stuck and unhappy. It is possible to create a life you love and make it last!”

Hi my name is Linda and I’m a recovering people pleaser.

I used to try and figure out what to do to make people like me. I was afraid they would find out how scared I really was.

It was easier to stay at home, inside my comfort zone, than risk being discovered as an impostor.

I was scared, angry and depressed. Something was missing.

For as long as I could remember, I had a voice that burned inside that said I could do more, be more. That I was meant to help other people get over their fear and actually live lives they love.

But me first.

I searched for answers in books and programs. Although they had a lot of great advice, I knew I needed something more.

Then I discovered life coaching.

Through my work with a coach, I learned that I am a being, not a doing. I learned that I am inherently worthy of love and belonging just because I am.

I used to believe I was the only person on the planet who couldn’t have what I wanted. I was terrified of social situations and often made excuses to stay at home.

Today, I have the confidence to walk into a room full of people I don’t know.  I embrace what happens rather than waiting for the other shoe to drop because I know I can handle anything.

My life and who I am in the world is unrecognizable compared to 5 years ago.

I have done the work to transform my life and now, I help other women transform their lives.
